Right hair products
Step one is always to invest in the right shampoo and conditioner combination. Essential nutrients in your diet
Hair fall can also be a result of nutritional deficiencies. Consuming foods rich in essential nutrients such as vitamin A, B12, B7, iron, zinc and omega-3 fatty acids can help make a difference. Make it a point to include eggs, grains, cheese, yogurt, spinach, carrots, oats, almonds and walnuts in your daily diet.
Swap your pillow
Simple changes like swapping your cotton pillow with a silk one can help make a difference. Cotton fabric can have an adverse effect on the texture of your hair. Conversely, silk has a cooling effect and keeps your scalp from sweating, which, in the long run, can help reduce hair fall.
Be gentle while combing
Don’t comb your hair while it is still wet. Wet hair is fragile and hence more prone to breakage.
